Hartmut Eisele is unanimously appointed as the new CEO of SwiPay AG

On October 8, 2025, the Board of Directors of SwiPay AG unanimously appointed Hartmut Eisele as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With this decision, SwiPay is sending a clear signal of stability, continuity and strategic development.

Hartmut Eisele was previously part of the management team as Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMO & CRO) and has played a key role in shaping the growth strategy, market positioning and operational structures of SwiPay AG in recent months. Under his joint responsibility, key partnerships in the payment ecosystem were established, the transaction volume increased and the brand presence in the D-A-CH region strengthened.

The Board of Directors would like to thank the previous CEO, Stefan F. Bechtloff, for his contribution and achievements during the start-up phase of recent years. SwiPay is now developing the next stage of its corporate strategy on this foundation.
