SwiPay’s partners meet all the requirements of the Swiss market and are of course ep2-certified. This means that you can process all cards and payment methods via SwiPay.
Yes, all sales that you generate with our payment solutions – whether at the card terminal in your store or in e-commerce via your online store – will of course be transferred to your deposited business account in Swiss francs. As a Swiss provider, we attach great importance to ensuring that you have full transparency and planning security. The statement shows in detail which sales channel was used to make the payments and how the sales are made up. This means you always have an overview and know exactly which amounts from your cashless payment transactions in Switzerland are going into your account.
SwiPay is based in Switzerland and, of course, this alone makes the domestic market particularly relevant. All technical requirements (including ep2) are fully met. However, SwiPay already has customers with cross-border locations throughout the D-A-CH region, which we can serve without any restrictions. And through our e-commerce customers, we are active all over the world anyway.
SwiPay sees itself as a payment network for all customers and sectors. Due to the existing regulations, only very few industries (e.g. gambling, casinos) are excluded. However, all other sectors and customers – regardless of their turnover – are very welcome and so far we have been able to work out an attractive offer for every interested new customer from every sector.
Like all other providers, SwiPay is subject to legal requirements and regulations that we must also strictly adhere to. Ultimately, it’s about money – your money. However, provided we have received all the necessary documents from you, we normally need 72 hours from receipt of the contract before you can make your first transactions via our platform.
SwiPay is made for almost all industries – whether in retail, gastronomy, the service sector or online commerce.
Turnover or company size? Don’t play a role for us.

With SwiPay, you can accept all standard card and contactless payments in your local store. These include:
